I'm really working on not beating myself up when I get off track with diet and exercise, however,
I am so ready to get into my routine again. This week was an absolute bust and we leave for Disney
World and the BCS game tomorrow. Needless to say, I won't be eating much paleo this weekend.
Therefore, I've set my start date for Wednesday 1/9. I've been surprisingly good and staying away from
grains and especially wheat. I need to cut down on nut butter a bit and cut out dairy, but I think that will
be easy once I make the effort. I'm looking forward to starting this journey and am excited to be doing
it along with some friends and my hubby. Here is a quick link to the basics of paleo for anyone who
